Firm History & Philosophy The firm was founded in 1997 by Keith A. Willoughby, Kevin E. Willoughby, and Stephen Tope.  In 1999, the office was relocated to the current building in downtown New Philadelphia.  In 2001, Mr. Tope's interest was acquired and the firm became Willoughby & Company, Inc.  Since then, the staff has grown to ten.  The firm works mainly with small and closely held business providing business consulting, tax services, bookkeeping services, and accounting & auditing services.       Willoughby & Company, Inc. is built on a commitment to your, our clients', success.
