The firm was founded in 1997 by Keith A. Willoughby, Kevin E. Willoughby, and Stephen Tope and established in New Philadelphia, Ohio. In 1999, the office was relocated to the current historice building in downtown New Philadelphia, Ohio.
In 2001, Mr. Tope's interest was acquired and the firm became Willoughby & Company, Inc. Since then, the staff has grown to ten members. The firm works mainly with small and closely held business providing business consulting, tax services, bookkeeping services, and accounting & auditing services.
Since 1997, the firm has built a strong reputation and understanding of various industries. The industries served include medical, manufacturers, transportation, construction, retail, service organizations, and non profit entities.
The offices of Willoughby & Company, Inc. are located in the downtown business district of New Philadelphia, Ohio. The historic 1890's victorian house (pictured to left) has been renovated and remodeled into our office.
